Extra Classes for Kids at Kids Faculty

Some topics take longer to “click”—that’s okay. Our small, focused afternoon sessions provide essential academic support, giving each child the time and guidance they need to build confidence and close gaps. 

Who: Grade R–7 (individual or small-group) 

When: Monday–Thursday • 2–3 pm or 3–4 pm 

Where: Kids Faculty, Riversdale, Meyerton 

Fee: From R___ per session (see pricing below) for extra classes.

We tailor each afternoon session to provide personalized academic support based on your child’s current level and school requirements. 

Reading & phonics: accuracy, fluency, comprehension

Maths foundations: number sense, operations, word problems

Language support: Afrikaans/English vocabulary, grammar, writing

Study skills (older grades): planning, summaries, test prep through extra classes.

Quick baseline check (first session): we identify strengths and gaps to provide tailored academic support. Personal plan: 1–2 goals at a time to keep progress clear during our afternoon sessions. Focused teaching: 1-to-1 or small group (max 5) for attention and practice, ensuring effective learning. Progress notes: brief update after blocks of 4 sessions to track development. Home link: simple tips for practice at home (10–15 mins) to reinforce what has been learned in extra classes.
